✔️ Experience Requirement

Team Leader: लगभग 15 years का अनुभव, साथ में specialized certifications (जैसे Safety के लिए OSHA / NEBOSH)
Project Engineer: लगभग 7 years का relevant experience
Junior Engineer:
- Degree holders के लिए लगभग 5 years of experience
- Diploma holders के लिए लगभग 7 years experience

Experience real projects जैसे Buildings, Water Supply, Irrigation, Roads, Railways, Electrical Systems, HVAC, Fire Fighting आदि में होना चाहिए।

Salary Structure (CTC Details)

RITES इस भर्ती में attractive salary offer कर रहा है:

Team Leader: लगभग ₹19–20 Lakh per annum
Project Engineer: लगभग ₹14 Lakh per annum
Junior Engineer:
- Degree holders: लगभग ₹5.5 Lakh per annum
- Diploma holders: लगभग ₹4 Lakh per annum

Salary posting location, experience और role के अनुसार थोड़ी बहुत vary कर सकती है।

Age Limit & Relaxation

Maximum Age Limit: 55 years
Age calculation cut-off date notification के अनुसार लागू होगी
SC / ST / OBC-NCL / PwBD candidates को Government rules के अनुसार age relaxation दी जाएगी
